Was billed for 8 motor to be serviced at best they serviced 2 (fans motors fell off) and when I spoke to Bob (manager?) he said they only serviced the motors that didn't work not all of them. They also bypassed the condenser fan fuses (owner Steve tried to explain to me there is a reason to do this) to the point they said the condenser almost exploded when called to service when a tarp partially blocked airflow (fuses had they not been removed would have prevented this that's their job).

I was hoping the owner was unaware of the shotty and dangerous work his employees were doing but after showing him and having him run out calling me a 'arrogant know it all' when I wouldn't accept that fuses should ever be bypassed it seems he knows exactly the type of work they do.

I'd give zero stars if I could. Don't hire unless you was less than standard/unsafe work to be done at a premium price. Also be prepared to replace everything when it breaks out of pocket as the owner will run out and insult you when you call him of the 'work' they do. Included is a picture of the bypassed fuses.
